Ocean Reef
The Prudential Keyside Properties is the oldest real estate company operating in Ocean Reef. Founder and Owner William Dickinson and his wife Becky moved to beautiful Ocean Reef in 1974 where Bill began his real estate career with the original developer, Harper Sibley. As the community matured from developing to a brokerage market, Crawford P. Carrier and Bill bought the real estate brokerage business in 1988 and affiliated with Prudential in 1989. Subsequently, Bill bought Carrier’s interest in the Company as “Jim” retired. With our depth of knowledge of the community and our continued focus on customer satisfaction, we remain dedicated to providing outstanding service to our friends and neighbors, old and newcomers here at the Reef.
