Bob Evans

I have been a licensed Real Estate broker in Florida since 1986. I started my real estate career in the Emerald Coast of Florida, primarily in the Navarre Beach area. My areas of expertise have always been waterfront, second home, tax exchanges, investment, and development. I have served on the Navarre Beach Board of Realtors as the chairperson of the Professional Standard’s and Ethics Committee. In 2007, Pamela and I moved to Colorado where we became licensed Brokers and sold real estate in the Resort community of Breckenridge. We’ve always missed the Florida climate, and the activities that go along with it, so we recently relocated to Ocean Reef Club.
